Role

We are currently looking to engage a dynamic and energetic Toowoomba-based HSE Advisor to join our well established Health & safety team, the successful applicant will be on a 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off roster working across the Easternwell portfolio of business in a full time casual position. The Field HSE Advisor will be responsible for assisting supervisors and drillers in the application of the company’s HSE Management system (HSEMS) and deliver onsite training at designated workplaces.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience and a passion for HSE
  • Cert IV Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment
  • Investigation skills – TapRoot / ICAM
  • Lead audit skills
  • Experience in team leadership and HSE leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Hold a C Class driver’s licence
  • Ability to pass Medicals (inc drug and alcohol screen)
