About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the business to be responsible for various coordinating tasks such as preparation and monitoring of project plans, cost schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures as well as organising and participating in stakeholder management.  This is a permanent, full time position based in Forest ACT Canberra



Main responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development - Strengthen stakeholder and client relationships

  • Project Start up - manage activities / Coordinate handover from project team

  • Scope Management - Review documents and work closely with the design team

  • Program Management - Implement improvement / Review program of work

  • Cost Management - Maintain cost / plans / Communicate budget with senior project manager

  • Human Resources - Identify project gaps / Mark out process

  • Communications - Develop and communicate strategies  


Skills & Experience:

  • Solid organisational skills

  • Relevant work experience and/or Demonstrated ability to prioritise and consistently meet deadlines whilst working under pressure

  • High attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with strong personal driver to deliver value added customer service

  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skills

  • Have excellent management skills

  • Need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Be effective with time management and be able to prioritise your workload
