In order to deliver growth and unlock potential within the education portfolio, the role has two key elements:


  • The ability to grow a business; this will be the outcome of superior customer relationship and influencing skills, as well as the ability to leverage an excellent network of contacts from within the education sector, in particular universities;
  • A commercial mindset; this will be reflected in the ability to develop strategies which are innovative, creative and offer solutions which are profitable and deliver sustainable margins.
