The Role

In this challenging yet rewarding role you will provide effective coordination, compliance and supervision of all field work conducted in the designated area of responsibility on all Land & Housing contract properties in relation to the contract KPIs of timeliness, planned works delivery, quality, and HSE and call centre targets.


Key responsibilities includes (not limited to):

  • Coordinate / manage the delivery of projects to comply with and achieve the Key Performance Indicators of the LAHC contract.
  • Coordinate all resources  required to achieve contract objectives.
  • Manage the  day-to-day performance  of subcontractors, particularly as it relates to the timeliness of projects and the quality of work.
  • Ensure compliance with Broadspectrum and contract specific quality assurance and WHS policy and procedures  at the same time promoting a continuous improvement philosophy.
  • Communicate with staff and subcontractors to ensure that they are kept informed of any issues relating to contract performance and compliance.
  • Ensure all works are being carried out as required by contract specification and appropriate standards/ building codes.
  • Complete relevant documentation and reporting requirements  as requested within the required timeframes.

  •   This position requires a Australian Federal Police check and a Driver’s License


To be successful in this role you must have relevant experience in building inspection, construction site management/inspection or quality inspection in the facilities management industry. You must have strong experience managing subcontractors and trades staff. To be successful in this role you will be a go-getter willing to take on challenges combined with an ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders is essential.
