The Role

Due to internal movements Broadspectrum are currently looking to engage a number of qualified, experienced Firefighters. This position will see you located at RAAF Gingin in a full time rostered position within a well-established team. This position is a Monday to Friday role.


  • To maintain an effective operational readiness in accordance with the relevant procedures
  • Respond to incidents as required at the applicable fire station
  • Ensure that all relevant administrative duties associated with the operational aspect of the applicable fire station are performed
  • Participate in the applicable stations training and development plan 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hold the Public Safety (Certificate II in Public Safety – Firefighting & Emergency Operations) competencies required under the relevant certified agreements and/or recognised State and Territory fire services for the position of Station Officer or Equivalent
  • Maintain a Level II First Aid certificate
  • A proven track record for performance and professionalism within the fire industry
  • A strong focus on team orientation

 You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance.
