About the role:
The Violence & Contraband Reduction Manager leads the PCC violence reduction and intelligence function, a critical component of the safety and security model in that it assists MTC-Broadspectrum to ensure the integrity of PCC, limit adverse incidents to the minimum practicable, and maintain an environment where the most vulnerable feel safe.
