Here’s where you come in…

In this role, you will provide excellent management and support that enables us deliver high quality, creative and effective events that are valued by our members, businesses, staff and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include the delivery of a range of events from simple to complex. From taking a brief to strategy development and execution you will be involved in; content strategy, event theming and branding, sourcing and booking venues, preparing and scheduling communications, administration, including registration site building, maintenance and monitoring, data management and ensuring all outcomes and feedback has been captured in a timely manner.

 You’ll need…

We are looking for a well-organised and passionate individual who has proven experience in managing events. A knowledge of cVent or similar event management software would be very beneficial in this role.

 You will have strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills which enable you to effectively work as part of a small team.  In this role, you will be required to have the ability to organise own work plan and work in a relatively autonomous environment, setting and meeting deadlines.  You are comfortable working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders as well as preparing briefs, event reports and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role would suit a go-getter who has the ability to run small and large events with a high level of effectiveness and professionalism.
