Here’s where you come in…

As a People & Culture Team Coordinator you will deliver high quality administrative and HR support services to the People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnership (BP) team and other P&C teams as required, with a particular focus on the administration of our newly implemented HRIS, Oracle. 

Duties include the continuous improvement of P&C processes and practices, coordination of team activities across the Fund, and the project management and delivery of key initiatives.

This opportunity allows you to be involved in many aspects of HR, from employee lifecycle activities including the onboarding and departure processes to arranging logistics including scheduling, invitations, room bookings and room setup; and you will support periodic P&C events including people performance and remuneration reviews and the engagement survey.

You’ll need…

We are looking for a passionate individual who can work with a close knit HR team and bring previous experience as a Coordinator, Administrator or Executive Assistant. 

This position requires high levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach, and would be ideal for someone who has a well-developed sense of initiative and the ability to look at the way we currently do things and how they can be improved.

It is essential for the successful candidate to draw upon their previous coordination and/or administration experience and have outstanding attention to detail in particular respect to data entry and administration.
