Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated individual to work within our People & Culture function providing administrative support to a Senior HR Business Partner who is heavily involved in a large transformation program. 

To be successful in this role you will be able to work within tight deadlines, have exceptional Excel skills and attention to detail. You will be able to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity. You will ooze initiative and stay a few steps ahead at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing business requests (general system/business processing of HR requests)
  • Reviewing documentation
  • Working across multiple systems ensuring manual requests are actioned
  • Working to set time frames and standards
  • Additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as delegated

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a HR Coordinator and/or HR Advisor
  • Experience working in large transformation and/or change programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills is required
  • Problem solving skills
  • The capacity to multi-task and prioritise workload
