Here’s where you come in…
The purpose of the role is to design and automate a Lifecycle Marketing Program that develops 1:1 relationships with members, employers and leads, so that we can more efficiently achieve our retention and acquisition outcomes.
In this position, you will be required to build, maintain and optimise lifecycle automation programs within the Fund’s automation platform. You will need to work alongside multiple stakeholders to provide clear direction on the data, logic and reporting for each program.
As the Automation Program matures, you will play a more active role in funnel enablement and optimisation.
The Brand and & Behaviour Change team team leads the fund’s lifecycle automation ambition and will develop a program that adds value and differentiation to the AustralianSuper experience. It will ensure relevant messages reach the right members at the right time, influencing members take actions or adjust behaviours to improve the retirement adequacy and confidence.
We are looking for a passionate individual who comes with a strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journey design and data management, along with a demonstrated understanding of customer data and how this is used effectively in best-practice CRM programs.
To be successful in this role, it would be beneficial to have extensive experience in marketing automation / CRM, building emails / landing pages along with excellent communications skills, a high level of analytical capability, high attention to detail and ability to influence stakeholders effectively. The role will also require an individual with previous exposure to Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or similar. Certification in one of the above platforms and experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
