To support the growth of AustralianSuper, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to be part of the PMO Business Analysis team working on a range of exciting projects and initiatives.
You will be responsible for solving business problems for your stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvements, providing recommendations, gathering & qualifying business requirements / user stories and the development of various artefacts to ensure successful implementation of new software, digital products and/or business processes. You will work as an integral part of a project team to deliver projects of all sorts that are truly great and will make an impact to our members at AustralianSuper.
In this role, you will contribute through both independent and collaborative thinking to the design, development & delivery of innovative business solutions and improvement initiatives.
You’ll need…
Demonstrable experience across the software development lifecycle and a solid background in business analysis with experience across various types of projects including legislative/regulatory-driven, product, business process improvements and digital related projects. Additionally, you'll need considerable experience with facilitating the capture of an initial set of Business / High Level Requirements or breaking out and grouping the initial Stories from a Business Case, as well as experience in presenting to groups of stakeholders to elicit and negotiate requirements.
To succeed in this role you will need strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
