Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to assist the Strategic Acquisition Manager in the implementing and optimising of the digital media acquisition strategy focussing on lead/prospect management and the delivery of new members and businesses to support the 5 year growth plan objectives. 

In this role, you will implement the Digital Acquisition Strategy across segment and channels for digital paid performance covering both 'always on' and tactical segment driven acquisition campaign activity. 

You will leverage Google Marketing Platform across ad serving & trafficking, tracking & attribution, data analysis & reporting for program optimisation and upward trending alongside working with external agencies and internal analytics teams to ensure operational delivery against strategy objectives. You will also work with the acquisition campaign team to analyse and strategise creative optimisation of the program to produce better results.

You’ll need…

We are looking for someone who has a background managing complex Digital Marketing campaigns for acquisition within a large corporate or at a media agency. 

It is important for a successful candidate to have a strong understanding of performance channels:SEM, Programmatic, Social, Video and how they work with other marketing channels across the acquisition funnel.  The role requires someone who is able to be strategic, possess creative thinking, planning and analytical skills as well as strong people and relationship management skills.

In this role, it would be beneficial to have a degree in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent practical business experience along with a solid understanding and appreciation of digital marketing technologies covering: Ad serving - Marketing tracking - Website analytics -Attribution modelling - Dynamic & Personalised content - Digital Channel platforms -  Bid/campaign management - Trade desks and networks - Data warehouses and DMP - Websites CMS - Mobile/App/Voice marketing applications.
