Job tasks and responsibilities
We're looking for a friendly, organised, and detail oriented person to join our Front Office and Administration team. Our front office and administration team consists of our school leaders and key team members who serve as the 'glue' that keep our entire school running. In this very important role, you would be on the front lines of interacting with our students, parents, and community stakeholders. You would also be helping to put in place processes and systems that help our community thrive and be a healthy, positive environment for our team and families. On a daily basis, you will oversee the operations of many of our school programs, including looking after customer interactions, monitoring student attendance, overseeing sports logistics, ensuring health and safety, and administering extracurricular programs. You will be one of the primary First Aid Officers at the school and will be responsible for maintaining clear and careful records and supplies. You will endeavor to ensure that good communication is maintained between the school, parents and students on a daily, consistent basis, which includes overseeing communications across multiple online and in person channels.
