Reporting to the Area Manager the purpose of this role is to coordinate and support the Planned Works Manager Area 7 & 9 of the NSW Land and Housing Contract in the delivery of all planned works where you are accountable to the Planned Works Manager for the provision of administration and coordination services in accordance with company procedures.


Experience & Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification/ experience
  • Experience in building/ facilities management type industry desirable 5 years’ experience within a similar position/role
  • MS Office experience (intermediate / advanced)
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP ECC and other SAP interfaces


Person Profile:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels confidently
  • Demonstrated experience with problem solving and time management
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • High level interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • High level administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively
  • Attentino to detail
