Job Description

Reporting to the Regional Area Manager the purpose of this role is to effectively coordinate and provide administrative assistance to the Regional Area Manager and staff within the Newcastle Office where you will be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Newcastle office. 

 

Experience and Skills:

Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification/experience

Experience in building/facilities management type industry desirable

3 years’ experience within a similar position/role

MS Office experience (intermediate /advanced)

Knowledge of SAP desirable

 

Person Profile:

Good communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels confidently

Demonstrated experience with problem solving and time management

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

High level interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines effectively

Attention to detail

 

Special Conditions:

Police Check Report

May require travel to different regional offices.

 

NB:  This is a part-time role - 25 Hours/5 Days Per Week.
