Here’s where you come in…
The Onboarding Consultant, is a member of the fund's Membership group which is entirely focused on the attraction and retention of profitable members to the fund. The role is part of the Growth team that cost effectively attracts new members through attracting merger partners, businesses and their employees, advisers and their clients and members directly at a rate to exceed plan.
In this role, the Onboarding Consultant will report to the National Manager, New Business. You will be expected to assist in the growth of membership by maximising the number of members joining AustralianSuper and being the internal fund liaison between the Growth team and other business units. You must have the ability to build trust through purposeful engagement and ensure seamless transitions for all employer groups and potential members.
The role may also assist in running ‘Fund induction sessions’ (not education sessions) and assist with tender responses documentation.
We are looking for someone with high level relationship management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
To be successful in this role you will require strong technical skills in superannuation benefit design, insurance arrangements, and fund transitions.
You’ll be qualified in RG146 and DFP 1-8, this is mandatory requirement for this role along with significant experience in delivering presentations.
Previous experience with corporate superannuation arrangements and defined benefit schemes is also essential.
