The Role

We are looking for a motor vehicle enthusiast to join our Motor Assessing team based in Milperra, NSW. The purpose of your position will be to provide efficient and service focused support to customers and the IAG motor assessing team.

Ideally you are well organised, self-motivated and have a background in motor vehicle trades, or a strong understanding of motor vehicles.

Starting as soon as possible, you will work standard business hours - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enquiries from internal and external customers (phone, email and face to face)
  • Management of administration tasks related to processing, towing and locating
  • Ensure accurate booking processes for assessment bookings and logistics coordination for towed vehicles
  • Photography of vehicles (25 – 35 photos daily), processing of photos to relevant claims
  • Maintenance and cleaning, removal of hazards, implementing OH&S procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with motor vehicles and demonstrated understanding of their operations/working
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail while performing several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work autonomously and take action to support the team
  • Must have a valid Australian Driver's License
