The role guides and shapes the strategic approach for quality assurance across all phases in the delivery lifecycle, advocating an automation-first approach. You are a passionate Test Automation Advocate who will own and be accountable for defining an IAG Group Technology wide enterprise automation test strategy and setting automation best practices across all platform teams in IAG Group Technology. You will bring innovative thought leadership around test automation and help drive the cultural change towards agile and modern delivery models as part of a large-scale transformation towards Continuous Delivery and Lean Governance principles.
You are up to date with latest industry trends in test automation and have experience influencing people and teams to implement test automation practices and managing benefits realisation working alongside them.
You will build reputation for IAG as the best place to work for talented technologists through speaking at conferences, getting published and being active in the community.
