Great opportunity for a super organised individual ready to assist with all things HR admin! Would suit someone with prev EA/support experience.

We have a great opportunity for an Administration/Coordination position available, commencing ASAP to provide assistance to the HR team. 
 
This is a hands-on, operational role focusing on providing end-to-end HR administration support across the employee life cycle. You’ll often be the first point of contact for all HR related inquiries as well as managing the HR inbox for our teams. 

You’ll need to be super organised, love a fast paced environment, have a high attention to detail, knowledgeable across the employee life cycle and committed to making the employee experience your top priority!

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • HR administration and coordination
  • Producing and sending all new and existing store staff employment contracts and variations
  • Managing incoming HR queries and escalating as required
  • HR generalist advice & guidance for routine level inquiries
  • Recruitment & Selection support for retail roles
  • Employee Safety and Well being support; Workcover case coordination
  • HR Reporting/HR projects

To be successful in this role, you will require the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a strong, professional work ethic
  • A strong customer service ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of current legislation and an ability to advise on low level ER/IR issues 
  • Natural team player and can-do attitude
