Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking Senior Associate, Strategy to assist with strategically identifying and building out the capability of our investments team.  Reporting to the Manager, Investment Capability this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to ensure AustralianSuper has the investment capability to deliver a globally elite performance for our members.

In this role, you will use your strong problem solving & analytical skills to solve complex organisational performance problems within the investments group.  You will identify organisational capability issues, structure approaches and develop and test hypothesis conducting interviews with internal teams and external experts. You will both lead complex strategy workstreams and collaborate with your colleagues to drive innovation supporting stronger investment programs.

You’ll need…

We are seeking independent thinkers with an extensive consulting or corporate strategy background.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.  You will be comfortable operating in ambiguity maintaining the ability to think rationally and adapt as needed.
