Job Description

Permanent Part Time

• 22.5 hours over 3 or 4 days

• Professional Team Environment

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
General administrative support for a busy and professional Sales team

Provide diary management, travel arrangements, meeting organisation, minute taking and Powerpoint presentations

Prepare property marketing campaigns for current sales 

Design and create written submissions to win business

Draft agency agreements, sales contracts and various other documents
Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 

Experience in a similar deadline driven, highly visible role

Client focused, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships

Intermediate to advanced MS office skills 

Focused, enthusiastic team player
