You will work across a variety of digital marketing work including content, analytics, social media, email, blogs, SEO and marketing through automation. You will be comfortable developing strategy and equally adept at delivering your brilliant plans.

The role will be responsible for creating and implementing digital strategies that lead to significant increases in Brand visibility and opportunity creation.

We are looking for an energetic self-starter who shares our passion for enabling people to be the best version of themselves.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Develop & implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to meet business objectives and drive business growth
  • Create and own thought leadership-led campaigns to demonstrate our expertise, increase our brand visibility and aligns with client needs.
  • Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Understand the client journey and what critical information is needed at each touch point
  • Identifying and act upon market intelligence (legislation, market shifts and competitor trends) to identify marketing opportunities
  • Optimise SEO, content creation, & design


Our ideal candidate has exceptional marketing experience with strong digital capability, is results driven, able to develop strategy and implement successfully.


Key Selection Criteria: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ B2B marketing experience preferably in a professional services environment
  • Minimum 3 years' current digital marketing experience
  • Content marketing best practice knowledge across digital channels including Social media platforms (LinkedIn)
  • An understanding of analytics and customer insights to inform strategy, planning and campaign optimisation
  • Proven track record in driving tangible acquisition, lead nurture and lead generation results


We support flexible working arrangements (Part days, School Hours etc)

This is a part-time position, requiring an estimated 8 – 12 hours per week.
