Job Description

Due to continued growth on our Defence Base Services (DBS) contract, Broadspectrum are seeking to appoint a Project Coordinator. 

To support and deliver operational outcomes specific to the assessment and continuous improvement of your region (and National) Project Support Services strategy, ensuring corporate and customer programs are designed to meet performance outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:

  • Successful recording of asset information
  • Organising and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Upload and extract spatial data to and from Defence Systems to assist with the delivery of estate upkeep, estate appraisal and project support services.
  • Drive strict project controls and adherence to process in the delivery
  • This is primarily a office based role but onsite visits to construction sites maybe required.



Required Skills and Competencies

  • Have 3+ Years industry experience in a similar position 
  • SAP
  • Experience working in a Excel to a high standard.      
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level.
  • Demonstrated written communication and IT skills.
  • An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.

    Desired but not essential
  • Project management or drafting background or extensive administration.
