Here’s where you come in…
This role partners with senior stakeholders and business groups to drive employee engagement in the business’s strategy, projects and initiatives. You will develop and deliver the internal communication strategy for the business, develop and manage the communication channels used and develop communication strategy and content for effectively engaging our employees to take on the behaviours that will result in the Fund’s success.
You will provide thought leadership on best practices for leveraging the Microsoft Office 365 solution stack to develop and mature the Fund’s enterprise communications channels. As such, this role works with our Technology Services team to ensure that technical solutions like intranets, content management systems and collaboration spaces built in Office 365 are configured and deployed to meet communication requirements and enhance the Fund’s organisational culture.
As Manager, Internal Communications you will also be responsible for project managing a range of events. Experience in dealing with complex design, planning, delivering and project management will be crucial as well as influencing and engaging with senior executives.
We are looking for someone with excellent relationship building and collaboration skills who has the capacity to synthesise information and develop compelling narratives for communication. You enjoy being creative, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
To be successful in this role, we require someone with proven track record in Internal Communications roles working in a technical, financial or professional services organisations. You will also be a confident leader and have managed teams in the past.
You will hold tertiary qualifications in a business, marketing, communications or related discipline and a postgraduate qualification. From a system perspective you will be familiar with Office 365 and understand content migration to SharePoint.
The suitable candidate will have experience in the development and delivery of an internal communications strategy that aligns with corporate and organisational strategy and capturing input from with multiple stakeholders such as CEO, Group Executives and other key internal stakeholders.
