We are seeking a temporary Support Services Coordinator to support our Sydney client services operations for an 8 month period. Reporting to the National Manager Support Services, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to take responsibility for organising activities; preparing data and reports; and undertaking projects of an operational nature.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Provide administration support to the Sydney teams.
  • Support activities generated through services to employers, members and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the resolution of outsourced tasks by processing, monitoring and managing the interaction with our external suppliers.
  • Maintain the comprehensive document management system.
  • Assist with Reception duties and mail/couriers as required
  • Order catering and setting up meeting rooms as appropriate.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated background in a similar role, ideally with exposure to or knowledge of the superannuation industry.
  • Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office applications in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience coordinating diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Well developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

This is an 8 month maternity leave cover with an immediate start.
