The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for bringing the Employee Value Proposition to life in the external employment market. By intimately understanding our businesses and their strategic priorities, the team will develop sourcing strategies to ensure immediate and long-term talent needs are met.
Our Ideal Person
We are looking for a strong recruiter with extensive experience either in-house or in an agency or both, with a track record of success in a busy, fast paced Corporate environment. Coupled with experience developing sourcing strategies that are clearly linked to businesses strategic plans.
Key to your success in this role will be your excellent relationship building skills, influencing and negotiation ability, flexibility, resilience, coupled with your passion for what you do and willingness to make a difference.
