About the Opportunity

The Holroyd Centre offers a number of casual opportunities. Employment is on a casual basis with the possibility of permanent employment for outstanding applicants. Hours are generally rostered within business hours however will require occasional night shifts and weekend work. The role of the Trainee Houseperson is to be the main support to the Houseperson and the Function Coordinator, to provide all day to day house keeping, room set up and customer service duties at The Holroyd Centre. The Trainee Houseperson will be trained to provide outcomes.

Salary: Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award. This position is placed in the trainee salary system of Council’s salary structure with a salary range of $14.16 to $27.13 per hour (plus casual loading). Commencement salary will depend upon qualifications, experience and competencies.
