Here’s where you come in…

At AustralianSuper we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team. You  will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Financial Planners providing financial planning services to both members of AustralianSuper (the Fund) as well as non-members.

In this role, the successful candidate will be required to foster and promote the provision of quality and ethical financial advice to members and non-members in accordance with the Fund’s “Members First” approach.  You will also provide effective practice management to a team of Financial Planners across multiple locations.

This role involves managing and monitoring financial planner compliance and member experience including overseeing the Advice Assurance Process and observations of member interactions along with providing regular and timely reporting of financial planning activities to the National Manager Advice Delivery.

You’ll need…

We are looking for someone with proven success in a practice management role in a financial services environment and a strong track record of delivery and success within financial planning. 

The successful candidate must have strong leadership, outstanding people and client skills and professional personal presentation, communication and influencing skills.  The ability to develop, coach and motivate a team of mixed skills, experience and ability would also be beneficial.

You will have achieved or be working towards a FASEA approved level of qualifications/study. As a minimum an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) or equivalent is essential.
