Here’s where you come in…
To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking Acquisition & Retention Campaign Lead on a 12 Month Max Term basis who will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of campaigns to support the Fund’s acquisition and retention strategies. This includes ATL and BTL strategy development and the planning and management of media and creative execution, while ensuring consistency with the Fund’s broader Brand Strategy.
Reporting to Senior Manager, Marketing Communications and leading a small team, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to shape the fund’s acquisition and retention campaign activity.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing and/or advertising specialising in campaign development in partnership with agencies.
You will have experience across B2B and B2C and are comfortbale with coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
You will have lead a team before and you have strong internpersonal skills, and the ability to foster effective two way communication channels with stakeholders, to achieve a high level of awareness across the Fund and ‘buy-in’ from other departments.
Stong experience digital marketing and marketing automation / lead nurture programs is preferred, as well as a keen interest in knowing what is going on in the industry.
