At AustralianSuper we are looking for an Adviser Services Lead to join our team who can manage the day-to-day workload and performance of the Adviser Services team.
In this role, you will support the fund’s distribution via the external adviser network, helping more members to receive advice from an adviser of their choice by providing business relationship and operational services to external financial advisers and Licensees registered with AustralianSuper (the Fund).
This role involves overseeing the maintenance of accurate records of registered advisers, case managing their fund interactions and members under advice as well as responding to identified risks, breaches and controls within the Governance, Risk and Compliance system. The role involves maintaining excellent relationships with Fund administrator LINK to ensure all operations functions are completed on schedule and to the satisfaction of the registered advisers.
We are looking for someone with people management experience involving coaching / leading / change management experience is essential in this role. The role also requires someone with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure, set and manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet specified timeframes and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
To be successful in this role you will require a demonstrated high levels of self-motivation in an autonomous role through initiation and prioritization skills and a strong technical knowledge of superannuation administration and processes. If successful, you will be RG146 compliance and possess a broad knowledge of retirement and investment products, insurance and legislation.
