Here’s where you come in…

To support the growth of AustralianSuper we are seeking a Communications Lead in the marketing team on a 12 Month Max Term basis.  Reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing Communications, and leading a small team, this role will solve communication challenges for the marketing acquisition and retention strategies through the design and delivery of compelling and creative solutions.

You’ll need…

The successful candidate will have experience in a data-led marketing / communications role demonstrating strategic, creative thinking, planning and analytical skills.  It is also desirable to have experience leading a team (direct, cross-functional or project).

You will have well-developed written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues as well as converting technical concepts into plain language.

Demonstrated stakeholder relationship skills, including ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships with peers with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting deadlines.

Experience in either superannuation, insurance and financial services is desirable as well as previous experience working with Content Management Systems and CRM platforms.
