Venti 20 – Area Sales Manager Victoria Venti 20 is a relativity young (8 years) Australian eyewear brand. Founded in 2010 to fill the gap between cheap and nasty reading glasses and expensive optometrist offerings, Venti20 has established itself as the leading independent in the market with a loyal following of customers. We are a small Sydney based team. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Rep / Account Manager to join our friendly, supportive team and look after our sales activity in Melbourne, VIC. The position is permanent part-time (2-3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The hours are very flexible and ideal for a mother of young children needing to work around school hours. If you are an excellent communicator and you're an experienced, passionate and self-directed sales person, then we'd love to talk with you. Responsibilities include: * Maintaining and building existing accounts. * Generating new business & prospecting for new customers. * Selling-in new products and range checking. * Creating and implementing merchandising & promotional opportunities to increase sales with retailers. * Building strong store relationships. * Achieving sales targets and budgets. A proven successful track record with good sales experience in a similar sales role is ideal. Experience in the eyewear or similar markets is advantageous, as would exposure to the major retail chains. You must have a passion for providing the best possible service to customers, the energy and drive to chase new business.
