Common Equity Housing Limited (CEHL) is Victoria's largest Housing Association and both a provider and developer of affordable housing. CEHL proudly houses over 5,000 people in 2,200 properties across Victoria, with an asset value approaching $800 million. THE ROLE Reporting to the Manager of Program Development & Projects, this exciting new role will play a central part in the development and provision of operational policy, as well as planning and execution of business improvement projects . SELECTION CRITERIA Written Communication - Produce complex briefs and Advisory Committee and Board papers with recommendations on relevant issues which are evidence based and provide a sound basis for decision making Policy Skills - Confidently explains complex polices to stakeholders and develops policies based on expert operational knowledge and consultation with interested parties Stakeholder Management - Establishes relationships with stakeholders, develops effective stakeholder-oriented responses, and assesses, develops and negotiates innovative solutions to complex issues Problem Solving - Uses specialist knowledge and expertise to address complex problems, gathering relevant information and generating and testing a range of solutions and outcomes WHAT WE OFFER We are offering a competitive salary with NFP salary packaging benefits, parking and access to professional development opportunities.
