Our finance team requires an experienced Part Time Accounts Officer with exceptional attention to detail and advanced Excel. This role will suit an experienced candidate looking for reduced hours and work life balance. Role responsibilities include: Accounts support which includes AP data entry, AP invoice processing, minimal debt collection and filing Bank reconciliations Credit card reconciliations Execute strong verbal and written communication with all stakeholders Demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality of employee and business information. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Advanced Excel. Must have experience with Vlook Up and Pivot Tables. 5 years experience with Accounts Payable Proficient with MYOB/ Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent organisational skills and an ability to multi-task The role is approximately 2-3 days a week.
