About the role We currently have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Facilities Manager who will be responsible for delivering facilities services to our Client including managing client risk and compliance, undertaking technical inspections, developing strong and trusted relationships and preparing data to contribute to the annual property plans. Key responsibilities will include: • Technical Facilities Management responsibility for a regional cluster of facilities • Mitigating risk and enhancing compliance across all facilities • Delivering customer service focused technical solutions • Preparing annual property plans in line with compliance and performance requirements • Providing sound and innovative strategic facilities management advice • Managing the building inspection program and subcontractor performance • Overseeing the enhancement of service quality and standards • Creating operational efficiencies and improvements to processes to ensure cost effective service delivery • Aligning BRS Property's core value system with the clients organisational culture to ensure the highest standards of professional conduct   Skills & Experience • Over 5 years’ experience within a similar role across a large portfolio • Strong working knowledge of OH&S and Facilities Management systems • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills • Working with Children Clearances   Benefits This is a great opportunity to work in a high performing team and be part of the long term success of a new and exciting contract.
