About The Opportunity: Broadspectrum has a successful track record of delivering Facilities Management Services across a number of Government agencies and we currently have a leadership opportunity in our Schools Contract, which is accountable for cleaning schools across the Hunter and Western Sydney regions. The contract is a high volume, labour focused contract with a blue chip government client. The Contract Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring the contract performance is measured, monitored and continuously improved. This will include consolidating and analysing results across all areas of the business as well as providing continuous improvement advice to internal and external customers. Other responsibilities are: Implementing and managing processes related to assessing the delivery performance of the contract Design and manage a data driven site quality framework for analysis, trending and opportunity identification Developing innovative solutions to remedy, maintain and improve contract performance and delivery Act as the programme manager for all contract improvement projects About You: We are looking for people who have the ability to contribute to a high performing and dynamic business. In particular, the following will be highly regarded: Experience in leading a high performing team to deliver contracted services to customers (preferably in hard of soft FM sectors), Experience in delivering analysis, reporting and performance at a corporate level Demonstrated experience in collaborative and consultative processes at a professional level An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders An ability to interact effectively with technical staff, subcontractors and Client representatives Experience in blue collar, labour intensive operations will be viewed favourably.
