Office Administrator / PA St Leonards Location This family run private investment office operating in the areas of equities, real estate and the money market, requires a reliable and efficient administrator to provide support to the Company Directors. Working initially approximately 12 hours per week over 3 days, this will be a 2 year contract with the possibility of renewal for the right candidate. As an office all-rounder / PA you will be an organised individual who is ready to tackle any task that comes your way. Duties may include: - Data entry & record management - General office management & clerical work - Filing - Bill paying - Basic PA duties - Liaising with suppliers - Tracking property and share market activity. To be successful in this role you will have: - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy - Can do and positive attitude - High level of computer literacy – knowledge of Excel essential, Outlook, MYOB preferable - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a small team. Applicants should be comfortable working in a small office environment and have experience preferably as an administrator. An accounts or bookkeeping background would be advantageous.
